How do I get new blood work?

You can request new blood work by visiting the 'Upload New Lab Results' section in your dashboard. We'll provide you with a referral form to take to your local pathology lab. Blood work is typically required every 3-6 months to monitor your TRT progress.

When is my medication due?

Your medication schedule is shown on your dashboard. You'll receive email notifications 7 days before your next dose is due. You can also check the 'Medication Request' section to see your current prescription status and request refills.

How to update Medicare or address?

You can update your Medicare details and address in the 'Profile' section. Click on 'Edit Profile' and update your information. Make sure to save your changes. For Medicare updates, you may need to upload a new photo of your Medicare card.

Understanding my subscription

Your subscription details are available in the 'Invoices' section. This shows your current plan, billing cycle, and payment history. TRT Australia offers flexible subscription options that can be adjusted based on your treatment needs.

How to read my lab results?

Your lab results are explained in the 'Documents' section with easy-to-understand summaries. Key markers include total testosterone, free testosterone, estradiol, and other hormones. Our medical team will also provide detailed explanations during your consultations.
