You can request new blood work by visiting the 'Upload New Lab Results' section in your dashboard. We'll provide you with a referral form to take to your local pathology lab. Blood work is typically required every 3-6 months to monitor your TRT progress.

When is my medication due?

Your medication schedule is shown on your dashboard. You'll receive email notifications 7 days before your next dose is due. You can also check the 'Medication Request' section to see your current prescription status and request refills.

How to update Medicare or address?

You can update your Medicare details and address in the 'Profile' section. Click on 'Edit Profile' and update your information. Make sure to save your changes. For Medicare updates, you may need to upload a new photo of your Medicare card.
